People used Age as a way of identifying that these person is matured , the truth is you can be 40 years and still not be matured and a teenager who is 17 yrs ,18 yrs can be more matured than someone is 30's .

Maturity also encompasses being aware of the correct time and place to behave and knowing when to act, according to the circumstances and the culture of the society one lives in. Adult development and maturity theories include the purpose in life concept.
Maturity emphasizes a clear comprehension of life's purpose, directness, and intentional, which contributes to the feeling that life is meaningful.
respond to the environment , it means embracing the good and bad side and being positive that things will get better in a manner of gratitude and determination to be whatever you want to be .
Maturity is all about 
being responsible : integrity ,you know what you are suppose to do and doing it .
1 responsive : the way you react to things does it upset you or make you feel out of the world .
am these type of person that when you talk to me in a very rude way ,mockery ,abuse i take it and let go without reacting and it has been inside of me even since when i was in high school and one of my dorm mate at QUEENS COLLEGE , danfodio house said 'Pereira you are one of the most matured person have ever seen who dont react to when people say thrash about me all i do is ignore ,i wish i can be like you .
I smiled and in college life , i keep hearing the same thing and i feel if i should responds to such negative attitude of people by being violent or insulting, i gain nothing instead ignore and let it not get to you .
2 Logical : the way you think ,there are still some people who are in their middle 20's and still think like a child , most especially ladies and i keep asking myself when are such people going to grow up and realize they are getting old and need to do something about it .
I have a step sister who thinks about food ,cloth ,parties and having fun ,i think about making some money ,education ,skills and settling down for the future and looking at the positive side by being strong and courageous even the way i comport myself .
My Eldest sister who is the first born was like am more matured than her .
she did't know have done some jobs just because am struggling to become better , logical is analyzing yourself and thinking straight and not looking at the beauty or the achievement of someone but focusing on what you can do for the world .
talk less and act more .
3 Selfless
not thinking about yourself but showing concern for others , not thinking everything is about you ,these is one of the major problems the youth are having challenges , they think about their selves ,they dont consider other people .
have been able to build myself to become better by showing concern for someone who is in need and making an impact in someone's life not looking at the pocket though some people would say that is foolish .
being humble to serve people and removing pride because of your age .
4 self discovery
is not everybody on these planet that have discovered who they want to be ,some are still playing around , using their time on something that is not worth it .
i dated a guy and did not know that he has problem in self discovery until i read is Facebook inbox and found out he is still trying to know what he want to become he should be in his late 30's and i felt like crying i tried helping and felt he is the one to figure it out for him selves.
that is why you need to stop looking at someone else focus on you who are you? what are your gift and talent ? what are your destiny goal ? even when your family and friends try to talk you out ,you need to start acting is your life and you need to have a belief about who you want to be .
if you get rid of the thrash and believe in you and what you can do .
you will be that person
