A young teenager reached out to me, seeking a job at my agency.
I checked his profile and saw that there was no guarantee that he had any tech skills that would qualify him for the opportunity.
I replied to him and said, "Go and learn tech skills. In addition, if you are a teenager, go through the process of internships and learning, not just focusing on making money.
