Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Conduct and Outstanding Debt – Aaron Momoh
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Pereira Oluwabimpe Miracle. I am writing to formally document a pattern of fraudulent behavior and financial exploitation committed by your employee, Aaron Momoh, who works at Neo Cash Ogba Lagos
I have been a victim of a targeted scheme where Mr. Momoh used romantic manipulation to gain financial advantage, leading to significant personal and finacial loss. Despite a repayment agreement set for May 3rd, the resolution was handled in bad faith:
Incomplete Restitution: The items returned were incomplete and do not reflect the value of the items funds owed, which shows his lack of integrity and dishonesty and such person is not trustworthy this is my property that I work so hard , sleepless-night 24/7 and I have even right to collect every thing back that was given to me.
Additional Costs: I was forced to pay for delivery services that were legally the responsibility of the sender.
Harassment: Mr. Momoh has attempted to use law enforcement as a tool for intimidation rather than settling his verified debts.
His employers have been contacted and have expressed a desire to protect their brand image. However, I must insist that a full refund for the outstanding items be processed immediately to my account, which Mr. Momoh already possesses.
I am committed to seeking justice and will continue to share my experience to prevent further victims from being exploited by these specific tactics.
